Tenants on Väktargatan have access to guestroom, partyroom, sauna & pingpong room och studyrooms, photolab. Find out more about the rooms or browse the photos.
Djäknegatans tenants can also rent, subject to availability.

GUEST ROOMS

There are six guest rooms with access to toilet and pentry. (Shower and sauna in separate a building). You can book the guestrooms for a maximum of two weeks.

Rent: 75 SEK/room per night, 400 SEK/week, key deposit SEK.

PARTY ROOM

Booking: online
The party room fits 30 persons and is located at Väktargatan 62, beneath the Laundry room. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils dishwasher, stove, oven. Foldable tables, chairs, stereo & wifi. Rent is 300 kr Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays, otherwise 150 kr per day. Deposit 500 kr.

SAUNA & PING PONG ROOM

We have two saunas with showers and dressing room. One each at Väktargatan 24 & 62. Keytag costs 50 SEK, no additional rent. Just sign the booking scheudule outside the sauna you want to use.
We also have a recently renovated pingpong room at Väktargatan 24. Fully equipped with table & rackets. Same keytag as to the sauna.

STUDY ROOMS

Booking: online Six
We have five furnished study rooms for rent, 6 months at a time maximum. Rent is 100 SEK/month and a 500 SEK deposit.
Study rooms are located at Väktargatan 12 (3 rooms) och 50 (2 rooms).
