Almost all of Uppsalas homes have been without heat and warm water since 3 am this morning. The cause of the sudden warm water shortage was an electrical error at Vattenfalls heating power plant. According to Vattenfall the issue was fixed at 8 am, but it might take a couple of hours until the heat is back in our radiators and water pipes.
